Each week we offer a variety of seasonal produce. The types of veggies vary from season to season. The following are the types of produce typically available in each season:
Spring: Lettuce, Bok Choy, Fava Beans, Artichokes, Peas, Beets, Carrots, Cabbage, Broccoli, Leeks, Kale, Chard, Mustard Greens, Collard Greens, Arugula, Napa Cabbage, Kohlrabi, Spinach, and various fresh herbs.
Summer: Tomatoes, Peppers, Eggplant, Summer Squash, Carrots, Green Beans, Basil, Corn, Cucumbers, Garlic, Onions, Melons, and various fresh herbs.
Fall/Winter: Winter Squash, Pumpkins, Brussels Sprouts, Cauliflower, Lettuce, Bok Choy, Peas, Beets, Carrots, Cabbage, Broccoli, Kale, Chard, Mustard Greens, Collard Greens, Arugula, Napa Cabbage, Kohlrabi, Spinach, and various fresh herbs.
